Guidelines

Welcome to Our Community Guidelines at The Beacons House

At The Beacons House, we strive to maintain a harmonious and enjoyable living environment for all our residents. These guidelines are designed to foster a respectful, safe, and community-oriented atmosphere. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these standards.

General Conduct

Respect and Courtesy:

  • Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask residents to avoid loud activities during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

  • Common Areas: Treat all shared spaces with respect; clean up after use and handle furnishings and amenities with care.

Safety and Security:

  • Guests: All visitors should be accompanied by a resident at all times. Guests staying overnight must be registered with the management if staying longer than three nights.

  • Security Measures: Ensure that entry gates and doors are closed and locked properly after use to maintain the security of our community.

Maintenance and Upkeep

Personal Spaces:

  • Cleanliness: Keep your room and balcony/backyard areas clean and tidy. Regular inspections will be conducted to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Decorations: Personalizing your space is encouraged, but please avoid any modifications that could damage the structure or permanent fixtures.

Shared Facilities:

  • Responsibility: Residents are responsible for any damage they cause to shared facilities. Please report any malfunctions or breakages immediately to the maintenance team.

  • Usage: Follow posted guidelines for the use of communal amenities such as the gym, hot tub, and laundry facilities.

Parking and Vehicles

Parking Allocation:

  • Designated Spaces: Each resident is allocated a specific parking spot. Additional or guest parking must be arranged with the management in advance.

  • EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging stations are available; please adhere to the schedule to allow fair access to all residents.

Pets

Pet Policy:

  • Approval Required: All pets must be registered and approved by management. There may be restrictions based on size or breed.

  • Responsibilities: Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pets under control at all times and must clean up after their pets.

Lease and Payments

Financial Obligations:

  • Rent: Rent is due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your lease agreement.

  • Deposit: Security deposits must be paid in full before moving in and will be returned following the terms of the lease agreement, minus any deductions for damages.
